Don Chan Palace Membership Card

DCPM card program and its benefits service are offered at the sole discretion of Don Chan Palace Hotel
All programs and benefits, services, terms and condition apply to Don Chan Palace Hotel itself
Membership in and application for DCPM card is void if prohibited by law in the country of the member or applicants domicile
DCPM card is not a credit card, a pre-paid card, a debit card or a charge card and it is not transferable The use of the
DCPM card is solely for the purpose of Don Chan Palace Hotel
The program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as Don Chan Palace Hotel decides to terminate the program at anytime, with or with out notice. Members will have 3 months from the date program termination is announced to enjoy DCPM card its benefits and services
Don Chan Palace Hotel reserves the right to add, modify delete or otherwise charge any of the terms, conditions, benefit, and services pertaining to its program and at its sole discretion without prior notice
Only individual aged 18 and above are eligible to apply for DCPM card program.
Program membership entitles members the right to membership benefits, services which can be received in accordance with terms and conditions of the program.
Use of the DCPM card by the member shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Don Chan Palace Hotel is not responsible, and assumes no liability, for changes or discontinues DCPM card program or its partner services.
The DCPM Card member shall take all the necessary precautions and security measures to ensure the proper and valid used of the DCPM card and to prevent the loss of the same.
Lost, damage or defective card must be reported immediately to Don Chan Palace Hotel. Don Chan Palace Hotel may at its discretion issue a replacement card at a fee.
Nothing in the DCPM card program. Its terms and condition is intended or shall be construed to create or establish any agency partnership or joint venture relationship between Don Chan Palace Hotel and partners.
Don Chan Palace Hotel reserves the right to discontinue its membership program for any member who appears to be using the program in a manner inconsistent with the terms and conditions or intent of the program or any portion of the program, Don Chan Palace Hotel also reserves the right to
discontinue membership for any member who acts in a manner of inconsistent with the local status or ordinances.
Discontinued will result in the loss of all benefits and privileges.
All interpretations of this membership program terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Don Chan Palace Hotel.
All discounts do not apply for promotional items and banquet functions.
Any abuse of fraud with respect to membership program under the DCPM card will result in the cancellation of the membership status.
The validity of a privilege card will be one year from the date of the issue which the card may be renewed upon payment of the annual fee.
Don Chan Palace Hotel will make best-faith efforts to deliver specified benefits and service to you.
